He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Sherman and Samuel Sherman; his significant other Pearl; and his siblings, Sophie Karlin, Helen Bengar, Elizabeth Weene, Martin Sherman, Harry Sherman and Ruth Jacobson.
He is survived by: his daughter Davida Dinerman; his son-in-law Brad; and his grandchildren, Abby, Ari, Poppie and Toby "Good Boy". He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
