He was predeceased by: his mother Ruth Haynes (Schubert). He is survived by: his father LeRoy W. Haynes; and his sister Anita Haynes (Robert Sparks) of Carthage, MO. He is also survived by two aunts and uncles, eight cousins and many friends.
