It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph R. Reid of Framingham, Massachusetts, born in Chelsea, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 12, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Reid and Annie Reid (Delaney); his wife Mary H. Reid; his son Kevin Buckley; his grandson Daniel MacDonald, Jr.; and his siblings, Harold Reid, Lillian Tirro, Phyllis Antonelli, John Reid and Robert Reid.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Reid (Earl Smith) of Boston, Shawna Holden (Severiano) of Malden, Christine Reid (Daniel MacDonald) of Ashland, Lisa Brickley (William) of Peabody and Joseph Reid, Jr.; his grandchildren, Christina, Cameron MacDonald, Cody, Kevin DiGaeatano, Melissa, Erica Buckley, Stephen, Joseph, Mark Reid, Elizabeth Miranda, James, Eric, Alex Brickley and Taylor Marino; and his great grandchildren, Eilyna, Franklin, Louis, Ricardo, Jaylene, Gianna, Kevin, Jr., Dario, Giuliana, Giovanni, Jojo, Grayson, James, Jr., Julian, Jace, Nala and Lily. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
