Shay (Jennifer) of Northborough, James P. Shay (Monica) of Southborough, Shannon Shay Hayden (Andrew J. Hayden) of West Newton and Joseph F. Shay, Jr. of Southborough; his grandchildren, Samantha, Erica, Patrick, Carly, Timothy, Hunter, Andrew, Tiger, India, Francesca, Sophia and Joseph, III; his sister Mary T. Shay of Framingham; his parent Doris Shay (Barry); and his friends, Frank Crowley and Louise Crowley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
