He was predeceased by: his parents, John Capstick and Claire Capstick (Savino); and his wife Elizabeth Capstick (Murphy). He is survived by: his siblings, Patrick Capstick of Milford, Catherine Barbieri of Oklahoma, Mary Jane Mathieu of Ashland, MA, Veronica Dalton of Norwood, MA and Sue Ellen Capstick of Florida.
