He was predeceased by: his parent Allan G. Osborne. He is survived by: his parent Ruth L. Osborne (Boulter); his spouse Patricia Osborne (Costello); his daughters, Jessica Files (Ronald) of Milford and Adrienne Ross (Osborne); his grandchildren, Kaylee Files and Jack Files; his siblings, Allan (Deborah) of Holliston, Lisa Auger (Andre) of East Douglas and Harold (Deborah) of Medway; and his daughter Jess. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
Joel was diagnosed with early-onset Alzheimer's Disease at the young age of 50, and bravely battled this devastating disease until his passing.
