He was predeceased by: his parent Bernardino Ruivo; and his sibling Ester Lage. He is survived by: his spouse Albertina C. Ruivo (Carneiro) of Framingham; his parent Purificacao Ruivo (Martins); his children, Alexander Ruivo of Framingham and Alice LaPlante of Shrewsbury; his grandchildren, Angela Jackson (Andrew Lawrence) of Sterling, MA and Philip LaPlante (Jenny); and his siblings, Maria Elzira Leao of Portugal, Armindo Ruivo of Portugal, Jose Ruivo of Portugal, Alberto Ruivo of Portugal and Maria Odete Batista. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Jack's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
