She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Anne Sullivan (Brady) of Cavan and James O. Sullivan; her husband Peter J. Havel; and her siblings, William Sullivan (Bill) and Susan Mintle.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Brianna Kirkman (Peter) of Dallas, TX and Reagan Havel (Mary) of Dallas, TX; her sister Cathy; her brother-in-law Gary Sampson of Branson, MO; her niece Katy; her sister Laura Thiesen; and her caregivers, Martha Hardman and Julia Ouma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews on both sides of her family.
