He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Mary Catherine Collins (Fitzpatrick); his siblings, Martha and Fredrick; and his grandson Michael Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Collins (Neal); his sons, Scott of Easton, Brian (Jeannine) of Douglas and Travis of Framingham; his grandchildren, Ty, Julien Cherry, James Cherry, Kaelyn and Eaverly; and his siblings, Richard, Joan O'Neil, John, Dorothy Anastasia, Kevin and Joseph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home (11 Lincoln St, Framingham, MA 01702). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home & Cremation Services (11 Lincoln St, Framingham, MA 01702).
