He was predeceased by: his parents, James Collins and Mary Catherine Collins (Fitzpatrick); his siblings, Martha and Fredrick; and his grandson Michael Cherry.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra A. Collins (Neal); his sons, Scott of Easton, Brian (Jeannine) of Douglas and Travis of Framingham; his grandchildren, Ty, Julien Cherry, James Cherry, Kaelyn and Eaverly; and his siblings, Richard, Joan O'Neil, John, Dorothy Anastasia, Kevin and Joseph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
