She was predeceased by: her husband Herb Bloom; her son Michael Bloom; and her parents, Rose Zack and Jacob Zack. She is survived by: her daughter Ellen Bloom-Fields (David Fields); her grandchildren, Jenna, Michael (Lori), Zachary (Cydni) and Kacey (Max); her great grandchildren, Miles, Juliet and Dezi; and her sister Annette Castaline. She is also survived by her family including her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
