He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell and Patricia (Colby). He is survived by: his wife Linda (Diddle); his sons, Michael (Erika) and Matthew (Allison); his grandchildren, Penelope, Julian, Cameron, Bodie and Cole; and his siblings, Steve, Russell, Susan and Jeff.
