She was predeceased by: her parents, Romolo Briglia and Carolina Briglia (Baldi); her siblings, Marion Braun (Briglia), Lydia Bennett (Briglia) and Anthony Briglia; her former husband Kenneth K. Webb; and her daughter Jo Ann Webb.

She is survived by: her husband Ken; her children, Devette Russo (Bob Pfeifer), Dr. Kenneth Webb (Julie) and Judith Gallagher (Bob Gallagher); her grandchildren, Dr. Joshua Russo (Marlene Gubata), Erin Webb, Brendan Webb (Shelby Hickox), Christopher Webb (Emily Powers), Matthew Webb and Bryan Gallagher; and her great grandchildren, Elizabeth and Charles Russo.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, Gloria's favorite charity, will be appreciated.
