He was predeceased by: his brothers, Donald R. Nickerson and Paul D. Nickerson; and his wife Mary Elizabeth Nickerson (Byrd) of Maysville. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Lauren Nickerson Amos and Taylor E. Nickerson.

Donations in Glendon's memory may be made to Boy's Town, St. Jude's Hospital or the Shriner's Hospital for Children.
