He is survived by: his wife Janete Lopes Dos Reis; his sons, Julio Cesar Azevedo of Natick and Joao Victor Dos Reis of Framingham; and his siblings, Antonio, Firmino, Expedito, Inacio and Maria Geralda. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and cousins.
