With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances P. McGarrell of Framingham, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 18, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Rose and Jenny Rose of South Boston. She is survived by: her son Louis Molan of Framingham; her granddaughters, Janeen of Naples, FL and Julie of Hudson, MA; her great grandchildren, Christopher, Aipryl, Hailey and Madison; and her sister Diana Cavanaugh of Boston. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
