With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Joseph Finerty Jr. of Framingham, Massachusetts, born in Dorchester, Massachusetts, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 15, 2025 at the age of 94. He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Margaret Finerty; his children, Edward J. Finerty, III of Natick, Susan J. Bucur (late James) of Sandy Hook, CT and Julie A. Koppang (Christopher) of Reston, VA.; and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Edward, Kevin, Samantha, Jamie and Jennifer.
He is survived by: his brother Gary Finerty (Judy) of Danville, NH. He is also survived by niece and several nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patrick Church (44 E Central St, Natick, MA 01760). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the St. Patrick Cemetery.
