He was predeceased by: his parent Clement R.; and his sibling Leo Ouellette. He is survived by: his parent Blanche E. Ouellette (La Pointe); his spouse Veronica M. Ouellette (Kenney) of Framingham; his sons, Steve Ouellette of Whitinsville and Brian Ouellette (Anne) of Hudson; his granddaughters, Alicia Ouellette and Brianna Ouellette; and his siblings, Joyce Woods (Walter), Carol Giles (Roland) of Bellingham, Gerry Ouellette, Theresa Weld (Donald) of Ashland, Charles Ouellette (Kathy), James Ouellette, Gene Ouellette, Marlene Duclos and Lorraine Hoyte.
