He was predeceased by: his spouse Fiana Kaminskaya; his siblings, Anya Kishinevskaya and Zamvel Perepelyuk; and his parent Avram Perepelyuk. He is survived by: his child Galina Bast; his grandchildren, Allen Bast (Becky), Natasha Bakke (Eric), Harrison Swartzman and David Swartzman; his great grandchildren, Maya, Joseph Bast, Devorah, Havah and Basya Bakke; his sibling Mark Perepelyuk; and his parent Liza Perepelyuk (Starikova).
