He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Tobis and Rose Tobis (Katz); his wife Gloria (Illman); his daughters, Ellen Bacon (Jeff) and Susan Bonn (Nicholas); his grandchildren, Melissa, Alex and Jason; and his sister Carole Paulett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Arthur's memory may be made to the charity of one's choice.
