It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ann Walsh of Framingham, Massachusetts, born in Somerville, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 6, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Poirier and Winifred Poirier (Henebry); her husband John F. Walsh; her children, Elizabeth and Richard; her granddaughter Lauren DuBois; and her brother Reverend Charles Poirier.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jeanne of Framingham and Maura (Carlos Avila) of Framingham; her granddaughters, Mariana, Cristina Avila and Justine Powers (Christopher) of Billerica; her great grandchildren, Emily and Allison Powers; and her brothers, Jack Poirier of Scituate and Ronald Croke (Dorothy) of Holland, MA. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Ann's name to Saint Francis House in Boston, or Dana Farber Cancer where Ann and John volunteered regularly.
