He was predeceased by: his parents, Vaughn Edward Pipes and Marguerite Evelyn Pipes (Day); his children, June Beckwith Pipes and Jamie Robert Pipes; his grandson Noah Pipes; and his sibling Jean Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Norine Pipes (Thomas) of Virginia; his children, Jacqueline Day Marcure of Rehoboth, Jeffrey Thomas Pipes of Attleboro, MA and John Casey Pipes of Norton, MA; his grandchildren, Jacob and Josephine Marcure; his children, Ethan, Aiden, Ian, Liam Pipes, Casey and Sam Pipes; and his sisters, Helen Turner, Elaine Pipes and Nancy Chase. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
