He was predeceased by: his parents, Terese Van Dam and Raymond C. Johnson; and his son Corey Johnson. He is survived by: his stepfather Michael Van Dam; his wife Lynda L. Johnson of Foxborough; his children, Allyson Johnson, Mathew Johnson and Shannon Johnson; his stepson John Finn; his siblings, Carolyn Hagan (Joseph) of Foxborough, Thomas Johnson (Nancy) of Lunenburg and Linda Reddy (Paul) of Foxborough; his nieces, Nicole Favarro (Elliot) of Hyde Park and Kristen Burns of Weymouth; and his nephew Brian Burns (Tina) of Hyde Park. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren and many friends.
