He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Devine (Nelson); and his parents, Joseph V. Devine, Sr. and Mary H. Devine (Keeley). He is survived by: his children, Jacki Devine Rose of Foxboro, John Devine of Foxboro and James Devine (Michelle) of Mansfield; his grandsons, Lonnie Lee Cobb, Joel Devine and Nicholas Devine; and his sister Rita St. Thomas (Inge Pusteinikas) of Yarmouth.
