He was predeceased by: his parents, Boston and Tuscania. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Jim, Jr. (Stella) and Maryellen Cullity (Pat); his grandchildren, James, Jack, Michael Devlin, Ryan and Lauren Cullity; and his brother Vincent.

“My condolences to the Devlin family at the loss of Jim. He was a proud double eagle as a member of the BC High Class of 1953 and BC Class of 1957. As one of his BC High classmates, I known Jim will be missed. He loved attending BC High School events and reunions. And swapping old stories of our 4 years at BC High was what Jim really enjoyed. Goodbye old friend and I will remember you as a good and decent man. Tom Cunnally”
