He was predeceased by: his parents, Jude Arsenault and Marie Arsenault (Robichaud); his wife Jeannette; his sisters, Gloria Norton (Frederick) and Joan Oberg; and his brother-in-law Jean-Charles Bourgeois.

He is survived by: his children, Robert Arsenault (Theresa) of Forestdale, Brenda Arsenault of Salem and Michael Arsenault of Mashpee; his grandsons, Darren Arsenault (Amy) of Hull and Derek Arsenault (Allie); his great grandchild Luca; his brother Alvin Arsenault (Joan); and his brothers-in-law, Larry LeBlanc (Lois), Roger LeBlanc (Regina) and Conrad LeBlanc. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
