He was predeceased by: his parents, Bartholomew Hayes and Maureen Hayes (Peachey); his wife Dr. Eileen F. Hayes (Murphy); and his siblings, Kathleen Marchitelli (Hayes) and Paul Hayes.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzanne Daviau (Michael); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Emily, Riley and Liam of Florence, MA; his great grandchild Sean Hayes (Lekisha); his siblings, Della McGrath (Martin Freiermuth) of Newmarket, NH and Kevin Hayes (Karen) of Loudon, NH; his brother-in-law Stephen Marchitelli of Amesbury, MA; his girlfriend Jill Méndez of Florence, MA; his daughter Jill; and also Jackson of Sudbury, MA.. He is also survived by extended family and treasured friends.
