“Hello all. This is Cory Boisse. Billy and I worked together at Winthrop steel for a few years. We would hang out after work and even vacationed together in the late 90’s, we went to the gym as well. Billy is not only athletic, funny, had a huge heart, extremely loyal to those close to him but he was brilliant! I never asked him his IQ but I’m sure it was in the stratosphere.. I could go on and on about him but those who knew him don’t need me to, they know. Farewell my old friend! -C”
