He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kermit Garretson and Nellie M. Garretson (Miller); his wife Dawn E. Garretson (Rines); his children, Darlene M. Garretson of Athol, Elizabeth A. Augustine (Scott) of Gardner, Heather J. LeShane (Ron) of Princeton, Charles J. Garretson (Brenda) of Townsend and Donald P. Garretson (Heidi) of Fitchburg; his former wife Alicia Garretson (Cosentino); and his brothers, Richard Garretson of West Virginia, Berlin Garretson of West Virginia and Clyde Garretson. He was also cherished by 13 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
