She was predeceased by: her parents, George Sabourin and Armosa Sabourin Deloge (LeCuyer); her husband Henry C. "Pete" LeBlanc; her son Randy G. LeBlanc of Charlton; her brother Norman Sabourin of Gardner; and her stepfather Adolphus Deloge.
She is survived by: her daughter Maria D. Kukkula of Fitchburg; her sister Annette Piermarini of Fitchburg; her daughter-in-law Pamela Berry of Charlton; her grandchildren, Kaitlin Kukkula, Brian Kukkula, Elizabeth Kukkula, Kyle LeBlanc and Evan LeBlanc; her great grandchildren, Victoria Kukkula and Noah Kukkula; and her caregivers, Amanda, Lenny, Glenda and Kaitlin.
