With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Joan Thomas (Fitchburg, Massachusetts), who passed away on February 4, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Thomas and Joan Thomas (Niemi). She is survived by: her daughter Lauren Sweeney (Tyrie Osby); her brother David Thomas (Deborah); her niece Jennifer Thomas (Chello Gonzalez); her great-nephew Ethan Gonzalez; her nephew James Thomas (Britta); her granddaughters, Nyla and Amelia Osby; her pet Vinny; and also Alessia.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (569 Main St, Fitchburg, MA 01420). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Nancy's name to Christ Episcopal Church, 569 Main St., Fitchburg, MA 01420 or to UMass Memorial Health (UMMH) in support of the Infusion Center in the Ambulatory Care Center (ACC).
