He is survived by: his wife Renee Herold; his children, Kaitlin Kukkula, Brian Kukkula (Brianna) and Elizabeth Kukkula; his stepchildren, Andrew Herold, Erik Herold (Kirsten), Kaylyn Herold, Ryan Herold and Cody Herold; his granddaughter Victoria; his siblings, Edward Kukkula (Kathy) and Kathryn Gravel (David); his niece Kara; and his nephew David.
