She was predeceased by: her children, Angel Ayala and Javier Velez Toro. She is survived by: her children, William Velez Toro, Johnny Velez Toro, Wilson Velez Toro, Raymond Velez Toro, Richard Velez Toro, Juan Ayala, Charlie Williams, Michael Nazario and Mily Nazario. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces as well as her siblings.
