She is survived by: her husband Raymond Forgues of Fitchburg; her son Michael Forgues (Michelle); her granddaughters, Michelle, Katie and Lori; her son Dennis Forgues (Debbie); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Robert and Emma; her son Lee Forgues (Barbara) of Gardner; her grandchildren, Larissa and Nathan; and her siblings, Joseph LeBlanc of Fitchburg, Robert LeBlanc of Duxbury and Jeanette Salerno of Fitchburg. She is also survived by 12 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
