He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Haudel-McNeil of Fitchburg; his children, Jenny Montvitt (Mark) of Grafton and Brian D. McNeil (Julie) of Sicily; his grandchildren, Owen Moreira, Joseph, Fiona Montvitt, Brycen and Aubrey McNeil; and his siblings, Eileen Clark (Richard) of Holden, Kevin McNeil (Karen) of Sutton and Maureen Trimby of Oakham.

In lieu of flowers, and in honor of Brian's memory, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or a charity of your choice.
