He is survived by: his father Stanley Booth of Fitchburg; his children, Michelle Booth of Fitchburg and Christian Booth of Fitchburg; his grandchildren, Lyla of Fitchburg, Jasper of Fitchburg and Aiden Palmer of Fitchburg; his sister Penny (Glen Mauch) of Gardner; his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Amanda Breau, Lexi and Alanna Booth; his great-niece Ariella Rivera; and his great-nephews, Bentley and Bronson Breau.
