He is survived by: his parents, Kelly Boudreau (Cummings) and Mark Boudreau of Fitchburg; his brother Tommy Boudreau (Haley Weinig) of Boston; his grandparents, Bernadette and Donald Cummings of Fitchburg; and his aunts and uncles, James (Charlene Boudreau), David (Diane Boudreau), Brian (Dianne Boudreau), Chris (Tina Cummings), Tracey (John Deshayes), Colleen (Stephen Hirons) and Ryan Cummings.
