Jacques (Sylvain); his wife Rita M Jacques (Goguen); his daughter Patricia Ann Jacques; his siblings, Wilfred Jacques, John Jacques, Clairemont Jacques, Clarence Jacques, Bernadette Dufresne Martineau and Irene Demazure; and his son-in-law Roger A. Carl.
He is survived by: his children, Mark B. Jacques (Carmen) of Worcester and Carol A. Carl of Fitchburg; and his grandchildren, Jacque Carl, Benjamin Carl, Bryan Jacques and Elaina Jacques Allen. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
