Ortiz of Ohio, Destiny Ortiz of Springfield, MA and Jaylee Ortiz LaBoy of Leominster; and his siblings, Albertico Ortiz of Fitchburg, Santiago Ortiz of Virginia, Rachael Ortiz of Fitchburg, Myrna Vargas of Fitchburg and Milagros Ortiz of Fitchburg. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
