Rita Brown Obituary

Cherry Valley - Rita L. Brown (Desy), 77, Passed away peacefully Oct. 11, 2017 at the Rose Monahan Hospice House in Worcester. Rita was born in Worcester, the first of 3 children to Raoul and Gladys Desy. She led a quiet life, loving and loved by family and friends and enjoyed music, reading, TV game shows and horror movies.

She graduated from Springfield Trade H. S. and was a CNA for most of her working career. Rita leaves behind 3 children, son William and wife Angela Feranzoviz of Cherry Valley, with whom she lived, daughter Maryanne and husband Ron Baruth of Granby, MO and son Timothy Gulish of West Brookfield, 6 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren as well as nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Rita is also survived by a brother, Raoul and wife Marilyn Desy of Fiskdale and sister Mary (Fran) Desy of Washburn, ME. There will be no calling hours and burial will be private.
