He was predeceased by: his parents, Patrick Moriarty and Julia Moriarty (Foley); and his sister Patricia Appleton. He is survived by: his wife Louise Moriarty (Fradette); his daughter Megan (Anthony Costa); his grandsons, Declan and Noah Costa of Southwick; his daughter Paige Moriarty of Feeding Hills; his granddaughter Julianne Moriarty (Anthony Saccomani) of Feeding Hills; his sister Maureen (Robert Bennett) of Chicopee; and his brother-in-law Ralph Appleton of Wilbraham. He is also survived by extended family and leaves behind many brother and sister-in-laws, along with many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The D'Amour Center for Cancer Care in Springfield.
