It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley L. Poirier of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, born in Agawam, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 25, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolphus J. Provost and Lena Provost (Flebotte); and her brothers, Adolphus Provost, III and Robert Provost. She is survived by: her husband Joseph John Poirier of Feeding Hills; her children, Andrea Poirier (Gene Barsaleau) of Feeding Hills, Suzanne Averill (Kyle) of Agawam, John Poirier of Preston, CT and Michael Poirier (Melissa DeForge) of West Springfield; her grandchildren, Michael, Joseph, Ryan, Samantha, Breanne, Geena, Jacob and Maggie; her great grandchildren, Avery, Bella and Jonathan; her siblings, Armand Provost (Dorothy) of Agawam and Joan Kane of Agawam; her sister-in-law Dolores Lagrange; and her friend Carol Marcoux.
