It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael G. Semanie Jr. of Feeding Hills, Massachusetts, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mike Semanie and Peg Semanie; his wife Aileen Semanie (Blanchard); his children, Michael and Heidi (Logan); his grandchildren, Michael and Jessica Rose Semanie; his siblings, George Semanie, Theresa McDowell and Mary Mellitt; and his sister-in-law Theresa Blanchard. He was also cherished by his many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a charitable gift may be provided to the D'Amour Cancer Center, 3350 Main St., Springfield, 01107, or St. Anthony's Maronite Church.
