He was predeceased by: his sisters, Kathleen M. Salvia and Barbara J. Alves (David Alves). He is survived by: his wife Jean F. Collins (Porzio); his children, Michael W. Collins (Jennifer) of Fairport, NY and Erica M. Collins of Falmouth; his siblings-in-law, Jack Salvia of Franklin, Marie Porzio (Julie Murtagh), Truro and Rosann (John Bailey) of Falmouth; and his granddaughter Ella Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and a nephew.
