He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Zylinski and Marion Zylinski; and his siblings, Jane Masse, Robert S. Zylinski and Ann K. Costa.

He is survived by: his brothers, Edwin P. Zylinski of Hatchville and Ronald Zylinski of Marston Mills. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and several cousins.
