He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas English. He is survived by: his parent Mary A. English (O'Sullivan); his wife Marcia English (Merritt); his sons, Thomas A. English III and Timothy S. English; and his siblings, John English (Suzanne) and Mary Anne English.
