With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sumner Eliot Sklar of Falmouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 9, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Claire Sklar (Herman); his sister Frances Widlansky (Sklar); his parents, Harry Sklar and Dorothy Sklar (Flateman); his sons, Kenneth Jeffrey Sklar, Alan Terry Sklar and Jerrold Lee Sklar (Paula); his grandchildren, Derek Taylor Sklar, Riley Thomas Sklar and Cassidy Erin Sklar; his grandchild-in-law Britton Eastburn; his grandchild Kelley Rose Sklar (Britt Dougherty); his great grandchildren, Beckett Millie Dougherty, Claire Grace Dougherty and Charlie Ann Dougherty; and his close friend Betty Casey.
