She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen V. Keane Kyle and Alfred Kyle; and her sister Kathleen Kyle Renolayon of San Diego. She is survived by: her sister Elizabeth Anne Kyle; and her cousin Marine Artist.
She was instrumental in helping transform the Jefferson County School system between 1983-1991, with the Gheens Foundation, Inc., Louisville, KY, and received The Pioneer Innovator Award for their successes.
