He is survived by: his wife Maryann Smith (Hughes); his children, Deborah Smith of Taunton, Donna Pareiges of Taunton and Thomas Smith of Assonet; his grandchildren, Evan Smith of Attleboro, Matt Smith of Taunton, Olivia Pareiges of Taunton, Abigail Pareiges of Taunton, Thomas Smith of Assonet and Annie Smith of Assonet; and his brother Kenneth Smith of San Diego. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as friends.
