She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael J. Favulli and Elizabeth Favulli (Nuzzo); her son Michael A. Kapulka Jr.; and her grandmother Paula. She is survived by: her husband Michael A. Kapulka; her son Stephen M. Kapulka of North Falmouth; her grandsons, Ryan J. Cristoferi of Freedom and Lucas J. Kapulka of Falmouth; her brothers, Michael Favulli (Helene) and Mark Favulli (Patricia); her niece Amanda; and her nephew Mark Favulli. She is also survived by her son, or grandsons or their friends.
