He was predeceased by: his spouse Patricia McGowan (Gaffney); his parent John McGowan; and his sister Mary Souza. He is survived by: his parent Mary McGowan (Burns); his children, Paul McGowan (Rebecca) of Sandwich, Patricia Tagtmeyer (Erich) of Mashpee and Anne Marie Turner; and his husband Michael Turner. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson; and many nieces and nephews.
